為助力建設(shè)大灣區(qū)高水平人才高地，幫助外籍博士了解中國永久居留政策，4月2日下午由深圳市出入境管理局及深圳市移民事務(wù)服務(wù)廳-國際人才服務(wù)中心（以下簡稱“服務(wù)中心”）主辦，羅湖區(qū)桂園街道辦協(xié)辦，在京基100大廈黨群服務(wù)中心為外籍人才舉辦博士申請中國永久居留政策宣講會。

宣講會上來自深圳市出入境管理局的警官及服務(wù)中心主任Olivia共同解讀中國永久居留最新政策，重點介紹了永久居留證的好處、申請條件、申請材料、申請流程、注意事項等，并在現(xiàn)場進行了疑難解答。

針對2023年11月7日后中國加入海牙公約后的文件資料的變化，海牙認證的流程及樣本等給出清晰的講解。

多名外籍博士表示，非常感謝政府部門針對新政策開展英文的政策宣講活動，不僅能夠無語言障礙的了解到最新的政策關(guān)資訊，同時也可以針對自己的疑難問題得到面對面的權(quán)威解答。至此，服務(wù)中心已舉辦三場針對外籍博士申請中國永久居留身份證的政策講座，為吸引外籍高層次人才、留住高層次人才貢獻自己的力量。

據(jù)悉，服務(wù)中心由深圳市委組織部指導(dǎo)、深圳市出入境管理局及深圳市人才集團所屬外服集團具體落實的一站式全場景國際人才移民融入服務(wù)中心，旨在幫助來自世界各地的國際人才更好地融入中國，為他們在華在深工作生活提供更多便利。該服務(wù)中心位于深圳市羅湖區(qū)解放路4016號出入境管理局行政服務(wù)大廳18、19號窗口。配備精通中英雙語的專業(yè)咨詢顧問，能為來訪外籍人士提供永久居留、工作許可、居留許可、簽證、公證、國外無犯罪證明、海牙認證（如美國、加拿大、澳大利亞、英國等20多國）、國外駐華領(lǐng)館認證、人力資源、翻譯、駕照換領(lǐng)、醫(yī)療、商業(yè)保險、子女教育、租房等近百余項涉及外國人相關(guān)事務(wù)的咨詢及辦理服務(wù)。
